Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is made relative to the pickup time.

2. Early Returns

There are no refunds for early return of the vehicle. If you choose to return the car before your rental period ends, the unused days will not be refunded.

3. No Show

If you do not show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time and do not inform us, the booking will be treated as a "No Show" and no refund will be issued.
